EMPLOYMENT LAW BULLYING ADA
Mr. Tully has more than three decades of legal experience and enjoys an A-V peer review rating (Martindale.com).   He has conducted approximately 1,000 workplace investigations.  He provides consultation, investigations, and training in employment law compliance, including race, color and national origin discrimination, gender, gender identity and gender expression discrimination, sexual harassment, workplace violence and workplace bullying. Mr. Tully wrote the Workplace Bullying policy for Pima County, Arizona and has worked to identify, prevent and correct bullying and cyber-bullying for more than a decade. Employers  realize that workplace bullying is not only  inhumane, but expensive.  Bullied employees are less productive, take more sick leave, and frequently leave to avoid the abusive workplace environment -- which causes the expense and trouble of recruting and training replacements. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was amended in 2008.  As a result, many more employees qualify for its protections.  Mr. Tully served five and half years as the ADA Coordinator for Pima County, Arizona.  Previously he served for seven years on the ADA Compliance Committee at the Tucson Unified School District.  He can help your organization navigate the new reality of the ADA Amendments Act and avoid liability for non-compliance with this important law.
